Paul is a new loan officer with over 20 years in the industry. I have given Paul some difficult potential clients that did not get a loan because the rates increased and they opted to wait. With that being said, I was willing to trust Paul with a personal friend. Paul and his team over delivered and under promised. I was asking if we could close a VA loan in under 30 days, and was assured we could. Paul was wrong, the loan was ready to close in 16 days. The title and the seller were not ready to close that early. We did end up closing about a week early. As a realtor communication between a lender and myself is super important.
